Can we wear shoes?

Anyone playing on a jumper must remove their shoes. Socks are required. Socks are available for purchase.

Can adults play?

Yes, we encourage parents to play with their children. Adults play for free.

Do you have a section for toddlers only?

Yes, we have a bouncer playground for toddlers, only. Parents can see everything their child is doing in the playground.

Does everyone have to sign a waiver?

Yes, if you enter the play area, a waiver must be signed and put on file.

Do you sell food?

We have ice cream cups, candy, chips, soda, and can order pizzas at any time.

Are food and drinks allowed in the play/bounce area?

No, we have seating available for consuming food and drink.

How do I schedule a party?

Simply call us at 615-220-7575. If there is no answer, leave a message and someone will call you back. You may also go to the book a party page.

Do you have private party rooms?

Yes, your party room time is private. However there may be another party in the play area at the same time

Do our kids play with other kids?

Yes, we have some open bounce time that may be going on during a party, but your party room is always private. For large groups or parties the center may be closed to open play, please check our calendar for schedule updates.

May we bring food into the party?

You may only bring a birthday cake, knife, and candles. We sell all the other items you may need for your party.

Is there a deposit required?

Yes, a non-refundable $100 deposit (plus tax) is required for all party reservations.

When is the final payment due?

Any remaining balance is due on the day of the party.

Can I cancel a party?

Yes, you may cancel your party. However, the deposit is non-refundable. We will apply your deposit to another party when you reschedule.

Can I add more kids to the party on the party day?

Yes, each additional child is $10 each.

When do I need a final head count?

We need a final head for the scheduled party at least 72 hours before the party.

When should I order additional food, soda, or other items?

We would like you to order your additional items at the time you book your party, but you may change your order at the time of your final head count.

How big are the pizzas?

The pizzas are large, 1-topping pizzas and will have 10 slices per pizza.

How many drinks does each child get?

We serve 2-liter drinks and each 2-liter will serve about 7-8 drinks each.

Do you sell balloons?

We do offer a balloon package for an additional cost.

We do require that all children and adults that use the inflatable bouncers wear socks and have no metal on their clothing, no hard plastic, no exposed zippers, etc. This requirement reduces the chances of tearing the inflatable bouncers.

We do provide supervision for the play area, but parents are ultimately responsible for their children’s actions and behavior.
